SSRTA

SSRTA (Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Alliance) is a group of cities located south of Seattle – Seatac, Tukwila and Des Moines – that banded together to promote tourism to the area. We were tasked with creating a campaign that would highlight the fun activities, great food and accommodations that can be found just south of downtown. After the campaign launched, display ad sessions surged 125%, homepage visits grew by 190%, downloads of sales materials increased by 300% and mobile visits went up 458%. Most importantly, hotel occupancy in “Seattle’s Backyard” rose 7% year over year.

LONG FORM VIDEO

The long form video lived on the SSRTA website. We also cut it down into :30s and :15s to run as pre-roll and social media videos.

 

In addition to shooting video, we worked with photographers to build an image library.
The images and simple messaging allowed us to create assets for use in print, OOH, digital banners and other executions.

 

AIRPORT SIGNAGE AND BAGGAGE CAROUSEL VIDEOS

Talk about meeting people where they’re at. We positioned signage at the
SeaTac airport that visitors would see on their way to the baggage claim.
We then messaged them at the carousel as they waited for their bags.

LIGHT RAIL STATION DOMINATION

Since the light rail runs right through the Seattle Southside, wrapping the trains
and taking over a station was a messaging opportunity that couldn’t be missed.
